This story is about Mr. A, marketing manager at XYZ pharma, who lived in a plush housing society called Heather located in South Mumbai.

Mr. A was a kind-hearted, caring and amiable person. He lived in Heather with his parents and younger sister. He was a very hard working and dedicated man. His job consumed most of his time. However, he ensured that he dedicated some time for his family and his fiancee. His fiancee was his childhood sweet heart. She was his best friend since school days & after many years of courtship they were finally going to get married. Happiness knew no bounds for him when he thought of her and spoke to her. They both were deeply in love and were very happy. In short, Mr. A's life was quite hunky-dory.

Mr.A's family were very sociable. They knew most of the people in their society and were very close to their neighbors. Their neighbors , Mr. & Mrs. B were a young happy couple & had a 10 month old baby boy. Their baby was almost a part of Mr. A's family. Their baby spent most of the time at Mr.A's place. Mr. A's mother looked after him as her very own child. He always referred her as "maa"(mother). She fed him food, played with him and sang lullaby's for him. Mr.A also loved the baby very much and played with him whenever possible. The baby,thus, shared a very special bond with Mr. A and his family.

Heather housing society members had a monthly meeting at the end of every month followed by a snack party. All the families of the society were invited for the party. Mr A's parents were always enthusiastic to attend the party as it was huge relief from their monotonous life.So, Mr. A religiously attended this party for their sake. He wasn't too interested in the grapevine that always happened in these kind of parties. He occasionally excused himself with phone calls. Mr. B's son was his favorite excuse. Whenever, he cried , Mr. A would rush towards him, pick him up and play with him. Mr. B and his family also felt relieved from their parental duties for some time.

A year later,Mr.A got married. Everyone from the society were invited for the wedding and reception. Mr. & Mrs. A enjoyed every moment of their marriage and thanked the Almighty for everything He gave. Mr.B and his family also celebrated Mr.A's happiness. Days passed. Mr. A's family and Mr. B's family always hanged out together. They celebrated birthdays,anniversaries and every happy moments of their lives with each other.In short, Mr. A's life was still hunky-dory.

There is always a villain in a happy story. There was one in this story too.

There were some sick people in Heather who could not understand the love and affection between these two families. Some people lack the mental capacity to judge the beauty of such selfless relationships which do exist in this world. These sick people spread a rumor in the society that Mr. A had an affair with Mr, B's wife prior to Mr. A's marriage. They even claimed that Mr.B's son is Mr. A's son.

"Wow.. creative people,aren't they?"

Mr. B and Mrs. B were the first to hear the rumor. They were shocked. Mrs. B was badly upset. They informed Mr. and Mrs. A. Mrs. A knew Mr. A very well. She knew that he loved her and nobody else. She laughed at the rumors.

But Mr.A was deeply hurt. Mrs. B was like his elder sister. He loved her like his own sibling and her son was like his own nephew. "How in the World could someone imagine such dirty stories?",he thought to himself. He passed sleepless nights thinking what wrong had he done.

One day,at the monthly party someone informed Mr. & Mrs. B that Mr. & Mrs. X were spreading the rumors. Both Mr. A and Mr.B's families were very close to Mr. X's family. Mr. B's family were shocked to discover it.Mr. B decided to confront them.However, Mr. X wasn't at the party that day. Mr. B went to Mr. X's house and questioned him. The confrontations ended up in abuses and physical assault. Mr. X & Mrs. X confessed that they were guilty. Mr. B asked them to apologize in front of everyone at the party. Mr. & Mrs.X begged for forgiveness and asked Mr. B to show mercy on them. He barged out of their house furiously and went to meet Mr.A, who was unaware of the new developments.

He narrated everything to Mr. and Mrs. A. Mr. A was infuriated. He started walking towards Mr. X's house to deal with him. But, Mrs. A stopped him to avoid further problems. Instead,she decide to opt for Gandhigiri to teach them a lesson just like in the movie "Lage Raho Munnabhai."

She posted a blog narrating Mr. A's innocence and shared it on Facebook hoping that after reading it Mr. & Mrs. X will get well soon.

Now, everyone knows that Mr. A is innocent.

Both the families lived happily ever after.

"Please do not spread false rumors especially the dirty ones. Each and everyone in this World wants to live happily and peacefully. Please do not ruin someone else's life. Life is too short,so spend your time wisely. You have no right to mess with other's life. Mind your own business, please..."
